Heat energy

Heat energy is a form of energy related to the movement of atoms, molecules and other particles which are the building blocks of a given object. Heat energy in its nature equals the total amount of the kinetic energies of the structural elements of substances (atoms, molecules or charged particles.) The heat energy of the system plus the potential energy of interactions between atoms is called internal energy of the system. Heat energy is emitted as a result of chemical reactions, basic combustion, nuclear reactions (nuclear fission and synthesis), mechanical interactions (friction).

During the exploitation of the biogas installations with a following process of indirect burning of the gas in a co-generator, heat is created in a proportion of 1:1.2 up to 1:2 as a result of the chemical process called combustion. The larger part of the heat obtained is used in the technological processes of seed-drying, pressing, oil refining, biodiesel and glycerine production in the production base of “Rapid Oil Industry” Co., Ltd. The heat carriers are hot 95ºС water and 175ºС steam obtained as a result of co-generation, low-pressure water-heating boiler and steam co-generator, respectively. Processes are organized in such manner that used heat energy is recovered at a maximum level. The flows which cannot be utilized either have parameters not corresponding to the technological requirements or are used in the greenhouse farm of the company. In case of interest shown "Rapid Oil Industry" Co., Ltd. may offer heat energy to external consumers.
